Pascal Ungerer
Pascal Ungerer is a visual artist whose art practice is primarily focused on contemporary landscape painting. His thematic interests are concerned with spatial cultures in the context of peripherality and place. He describes his work as being ‘grounded in an archaeology of the contemporary past and with an interest in speculative future landscapes’. He says he likes to ‘challenge normative perceptions of the built and natural world through the prism of unusual structures and topographies’.
