Enrich.R
Drawing influence from Rothko and Richter, Enrich.R bases his work on a layering strategy of superimposed stratums and mixed paint compositions. He aims to reach a poetic essence through the use of modulation and materiality meanwhile toying with the idea of space, time and memory hiding along the subtle cracks on the surface. His work is a series of organic patterns that are later transformed into distorted graphics, enigmatic rhythms and modest gestures.
Enrich.R also likes to experiment with abnormal mediums. In 2019 he worked on project called ‘Water Painting’ in which he would create abstract and figurative graffiti using water which showed us the endless possibilities that it can provide us with as an art medium.
