Nguyen Hoang Huy makes art that showcases his journey of self discovery and going beyond. Tamhuy has always been curious about how things come to be, existing as pure energy in another world.
Nature inspires him a lot. Things like flowers, earth, water, fire, and wind are like everyday mysteries that make him want to create. In his paintings, Tamhuy uses a lot of movement and energy to express himself.
Tamhuy also meditates and sings peaceful Buddhist songs called mantras. Tamhuy says ‘It helps me let go of my ego and create freely. Painting is like a safe place for my emotions, and every brushstroke is guided by how I feel. My art is a way to show my inner search for a better version of myself.’
