Hidetaka Suzuki

Hidetaka Suzuki was fascinated with finding family photos on the internet. He was attracted to the sense of guilt and the strange feeling of being able to see other people’s private photos, which he had no involvement with. When reading the comments, Hidetaka felt an eerie sensation as if he was suddenly touched by something damp and caught a glimpse of a gaze from out of nothing. Something supposed to be fiction was somehow connected to reality and was now haunting him.

Suzuki is an artist who is drawn to objects or scenarios that stimulate his mind and he chooses to recreate these images by giving them new meaning whilst contemplating the existence of online images.
