Francisco Tavoni
Venezuelan born artist Francisco Tavoni uses photography as a way to collectively understand the power of affection. He addresses the ego and the generation of identity as a process that can occur within the body rather than outside. Tavoni believes that it is where true identity is formed, where no outside influences can affect what occurs inside.
Tavoni's work is heavily influenced by his surroundings. Whether its the amber and polka-dot settings of Caracas or warm, fiery palette of Australia, he looks to embrace true humanity.
